Rtn.Raj Kumar Dubey Retired Forest Officer | Forestry Educator | Environmental Entrepreneur Mr. Raj Kumar Dubey, born on 5th May 1955, is a distinguished Retired Forest Officer from Jharkhand with decades of dedicated service to forest conservation and environmental stewardship. Post-retirement, Mr. Dubey continues to contribute to the forestry sector as a Forestry Teacher at the State Forest Training Institute, Gaya, where he mentors the next generation of forest personnel with his vast field experience and deep ecological insight. He is also the visionary Founder of Happy Nursery, located at 153, Main Road, A.P. Colony, Gaya, Bihar—a hub for sustainable greenery, rare plant species, and landscape development solutions. Mr. Dubey is married to Mrs. Usha Raj, and the couple celebrates their wedding anniversary on 26th April. Mrs. Usha Raj is an entrepreneur herself, running a successful Beautician Franchise of Bharti Taneja. They are proud parents of two sons, Karan and Kanishk, who are following their own successful paths. Mr. Dubey’s life is a perfect blend of public service, environmental commitment, and entrepreneurial spirit—continuing to inspire those around him.
